The Power of Simplenote Tags

NVAlt and ResophNotes also support Simplenote tags. Cross app and cross platform tags is a killer feature.
This is an awesome post, as usual, by Gabe over at Macdrifter. I am not a tag guy either but I use the heck out of tags in Simplenote. An super useful feature about NVAlt, my preferred Simplenote client on the Mac, is that Simplenote tags are applied to the plain text files as open meta tags. This allows me to use applications like Hazel to trigger actions and move files around based on the tags of my notes. Expect a video soon explaining this in further detail.
